Firstly, take 2 cups of finely chopped cabbage and 1 grated carrot.
½ tsp chili powder, ½ tsp ginger garlic paste, ½ tsp salt, ½ cup maida, and 2 tbsp cornflour.
combine and prepare a soft dough.
deep fry cabbage balls in hot oil or bake at 200-degree celsius for 20 minutes or till cabbage balls turn crisp and get cooked well completely from inside. - 2
Now in a large Kadai heat 2 tbsp oil and saute 2 cloves garlic.
also saute 2 tbsp spring onions, ¼ onion, and 1 green chili. - 3
Additionally, add ½ capsicum and saute well.
further add 1 tsp chili sauce, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp vinegar, 2 tbsp tomato sauce, ¼ tsp salt, and ¼ tsp pepper. - 4
Saute on high flame till the sauce thickens.
now add fried cabbage balls and mix gently.
finally, cabbage Manchurian is ready to serve by garnishing with chopped spring onions.
