As "Healthy Pork Stir-fry with Plenty of Chinese Cabbage & Glass Noodles"was so popular, I tried making it with cabbage. It turned out delicious though it had a different texture from the Chinese cabbage!

Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1approx. 1/2 Cabbage
  2. 200 gramsThinly sliced pork belly (or thinly sliced pork offcuts)
  3. 2 tspof each Sake and soy sauce (for pre-seasoning)
  4. 100 gramsCellophane noodles
  5. 1Vegetable oil
  6. 1 tbsp●Sugar
  7. 1 tbsp●Sake
  8. 2 tbsp●Soy sauce
  9. 2 tbsp●Oyster sauce
  10. 1/2 tsp●Chicken stock granules
  11. 2 tbsp●Water
  12. 1 dash●Salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the cabbage and pork into bite-sized pieces. Preseason the pork with sake and soy sauce.

    Rehydrate the glass noodles in water. They should still have some bite left in the centre. Cut them into bite-sized lengths with kitchen scissors.

    Heat the oil over high heat and fry the meat. When it changes colour, add the cabbage and continue to fry until it becomes slightly transparent.

    Add the glass noodles and ● ingredients. Continue to fry until the glass noodles have soaked up about half of the liquid. You're all done!
