Pork Belly and Kimchi Stir Fry
【 youtu.be/RQWCpgLuAmU 】Pork Belly and Kimchi Stir fry is a filling dish, can be made for both lunch and dinner with a small touch of spice within it. I definitely recommend it and is certainly eaten by many Koreans who love a balanced meal with meat and small hint of vegetables. If you cant finish the entire dish you can always save it for later and can be easily eaten with toast and melted cheese for the next day, breakfast or lunch. My daughters certainly enjoy it with some melted cheese on a crunchy toast and sometimes there is not enough for the next day- they already finished it on the same day for dinner!

Turnip & Pork Belly Curry Stir-fry
To preserve the texture of the turnip, I decided to stir fry rather than boiling them. The light turnips go wonderfully with the rich pork belly.● If you overcook the turnips, then they'll start to fall apart so give them a quick stir fry on high heat (don't worry if the texture seems raw).● Cook everything on high heat. Sweet & Savory Shiitake Mushroom, Green Pepper, and Pork Belly Stir-fry
This recipe originated from the "Sweet & Salty Green Pepper Stir-fry" recipe which I used to make for my children's lunch all the time. Then one day, I thought that they didn't have enough meat in their lunch, so I added pork belly and the flavor became so much better! Then I decided to add shiitake mushrooms in order to increase the volume and the nutrition content, and because they go well with a sweet & savory stir-fry.Steps 3-4: As the liquid decreases, it may start to burn, so adjust the heat accordingly.Rather than waiting until the liquid evaporates completely, it's best to stop the heat once it becomes slightly thickened.I use an induction stove top. Ginger Miso Stir-fry with Pork for Bento
I like ginger stir-fries but I get sick of them if they are always the same. I thought about adding miso, and this is how it turned out.It will have a nice fragrance if you let it brown slightly, but mind you don't let it burn.
