Custard Apple Basundi

Steps

In a pan take milk and heat it on medium heat.When cream begins to gather, stir well.Mix the cream well with milk.

Repeat this procedure until milk is reduced to half of its quantity. When milk reduces to half, add sugar & cardamom powder and mix well.

Cook for another 15 minutes.Turn off the flame and allow it to cool.

Meanwhile, Extract pulp from custard apple & keep it in a bowl.(pluck out the seeds with the help of fork)

After 10 minutes, add custard apple pulp to the milk and mix well.Transfer the basundi to a bowl and Refrigerate it for an hour.

You can garnish basundi with dry fruits or saffron too as per your taste.
