Cooking Instructions

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, slice the cucumbers, and chop the sweet peppers into small pieces. Thinly slice the red onion. Shred the confit duck leg.

Arrange all the ingredients on a plate or in a large, shallow bowl. Serving the salad in a wide, shallow bowl lets you enjoy the beautiful colors of the ingredients.

Serve with a classic vinaigrette (made with mustard, olive oil, and vinegar) to dress this delicious salad.
