An easy bread to make. Weather, humidity, and temperature, can effect baking process.
Cooking Instructions

Add the warm water, oil, yeast, salt, and sugar to a large bowl. Mix well. Allow to bloom. The yeast mixture will turn frothy.

Add oil to a large bowl and get oil on the sides, when oiled set aside. Add the flour to the yeast mixture stir gently till mixed. Add extra flour if to sticky. Knead for 5 minutes. Add the dough to the oiled bowl. Cover allow to rise. About an hour maybe a bit longer.

Preheat oven 350° Fahrenheit. Punch in middle. Let rise again. Form how you like it makes several loaves or rolls. Bake for an hour. Butter tops and allow to brown tops. Allow to cool a bit serve I hope you enjoy!!!

A savory dark bread we used dipping into our chili. If you use vinegar in this recipe remember it's acidic. Acid counters yeast and hinder it's rising, but it also counters gluten and breaks it down and cause it to become very sticky and a bit harder to work with. It's a welcomed flavour to this bread.
