I saw the overpriced salad in the gourmet section of the department store, wondering if I could make one just as beautiful at home.

Boil the noodles on the soft side so they don't overpower the other textures in the salad.
Blended peppercorns have a nice, strong aroma, but I think straight black pepper works better in this recipe.

Ingredients

5 servings
  1. 1Broccoli
  2. 10Shrimp (medium sized)
  3. 5Boiled eggs
  4. 40 gramsMacaroni
  5. 10 tbsp※Mayonnaise
  6. 8 tbsp※Yogurt
  7. 1 tsp※Magic Salt (seasoned salt)
  8. 2 tsp※White pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut the broccoli into bite size pieces, steam in a steamer (or microwave) for 4 minutes. Remove and let cool.

  2. 2

    Boil the macaroni noodles in salted (not listed) water to the time indicated on the package plus 1 minute. When soft, cool in chilled water.

    Boil the shrimp, and cut into thirds.

  4. 4

    Make hard-boiled eggs, and divide into sixths.

  5. 5

    Mix together the ingredients marked with ※.

  6. 6

    When the ingredients (expect dressing) have all cooled, mix together

  7. 7

    Arrange in a serving dish and dress immediately prior to eating.
