Gourmet Supermarket-inspired Shrimp, Broccoli, and Egg Salad

I saw the overpriced salad in the gourmet section of the department store, wondering if I could make one just as beautiful at home.
Boil the noodles on the soft side so they don't overpower the other textures in the salad.
Blended peppercorns have a nice, strong aroma, but I think straight black pepper works better in this recipe.
This recipe makes a generous amount because it's so good. Recipe by Maki Kaoru

Egg Salad Sandwich with Avocado and Shrimp Egg Salad Sandwich with Avocado and Shrimp
I just love avocado, so I made this sandwich. This is so simple I don't really have any hints, but since avocado discolors, make this just before you want to eat your sandwich. If the avocado is hard and difficult to mash, you can soften it in the microwave. Be sure not to heat it for too long though. The sandwich is also delicious without the shrimp. Recipe by *ai* cookpad.japan -

I love deviled eggs, but only really make them for large get togethers. This egg salad curbs the craving when there are no birthdays or hollidays, and it's easier to throw together. Dan Flynn
