4 clovesblack garlic
2egg yolks
2 teaspoonsParmesan cheese
1 tablespoonpasta cooking water
Salt, pepper

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.

Finely chop the black garlic.

Mix the egg yolks with the Parmesan cheese and one tablespoon of pasta cooking water. Add a bit of pepper.
