Ingredients

  1. 400 gall-purpose flour
  2. 50 gcorn flour
  3. 200 gbutter/margarine
  4. 150 gicing sugar
  5. 2eggs
  6. 1 tspbaking powder
  7. 1 tspvanilla essence(I used raspberry essence)
  8. For the filling
  9. Raspberry filling or any filling of your choice

    Using a hand mixer or whisk......beat butter + icing sugar till fully combined.......add egg one by one while beating....till fully incorporated......add flour +corn flour and baking powder........ fold in till it becomes a dough..... soft but not sticky........cover with cling film...... refrigerate for about 2hrs...

    Align your baking tray with grease proof paper/partchment.......using another 2pieces of partchment.......roll out your dough.....cut into desired shape......put them on your baking tray......

    The ones with holes will come on top of the ones with no holes..........Bake for about 30-40mins....@150degrees.......when done put them a side to cool......waiting for filling

    Take the parts that doesn't have holes and apply your filling......then stuck on top with those that have holes.......serve.....goes well with milk, tea, juice......enjoy!
