Apple Dumpling Cookies
It’s a new way to bake apple pies!
Cooking Instructions

Grate the apples.
- 2
Cook the apples with sugar and cinnamon. Leave it to cool.

Mix butter, eggs, vanilla, sugar and corn starch in a big mixing bowl.

Add flour and baking powder and knead it to a soft dough.
Add your flour gradually or separating 1/3s.

Shape the dough like dumplings.
Fill them with the cool apple filling.
- 6
Bake the cookies in the oven set for 180°C or 350°F until golden brown.
Don’t let them fully brown or be dark brown.
