Ingredients

  1. Frozen berries
  2. 1/2 cupmilk
  3. Yogurt (as much as you want)

Cooking Instructions

    Put about 1 cup frozen berries into a belnder.

  2. 2

    Add the milk then the yogurt.

  3. 3

    Blend it all together until its completely blended up. Pour in a cup and enjoy.
