Boil,peel and mashed potatoes.

Finely chop the chillies,mint and coriander leaves.

Mix together roll ingredients.

Make rolls of this mixture.

Refrigerate the rolls for 15 minutes.

Mix together batter ingredients and make a runny batter.

Dip rolls in batter.

Dredge in crumbs.

Again refrigerate for 15-20
minutes. - 10
Heat oil in a pan.

Shallow fry till light golden.

Serve with chutney.
