Finely chop cabbage and grate the carrot. Add black pepper powder, salt, garlic, ginger paste. Mix all well.

Make small balls. If required add more cornflour & maida. Then deep fry balls in hot oil.

In a pan add oil, chopped garlic then add onion, capsicum, carrot. Saute for a minute. Then add soya sauce, chili sauce.

In a bowl take cornflour add water & make a slurry of it. Put this slurry into the pan and stir continuously. When the Manchurian sauce becomes thick add fried Manchurian balls & mix them well.

Serve cabbage Manchurian with fried rice or noodles or you can eat as it is.
