Ingredients

  1. 150 gsliced mushrooms
  2. 100 gbacon medallions
  3. Pinchsalt
  4. Pinchsmoked paprika
  5. 250 mlegg white
  6. 100 gchopped spinach

Cooking Instructions

    Slice up the mushroom and bacon. Chuck it into a bowl and sprinkle over salt and paprika. And add to a frying pan to cook.

    When almost cooked add egg white when the bottom of the egg is cooked add chopped spinach and chuck the pan in the oven at 200°c for a couple minutes.
