This mug cake is sticky, moist, and fulfilling! The combination of maple syrup and pumpkin is absolutely incredible. It should definitely be a year-round dessert with how much joy it brings!!!

In a mug, add the following ingredients in the order of butter, milk, syrup, and pumpkin puree. Mix well.

Continue adding flour, baking powder, pumpkin spice, and salt in order. Mix until the batter is smooth, without any flour chunks.

Microwave the mug for 1 minute 30 seconds.

I substituted half of the milk with pumpkin spice liquid coffee creamer and half of the flour with pumpkin spice hot cocoa mix! 👏🤤 I also added a tbsp of peanut butter to the recipe as well. 😏👍 So we had "Chocolate Peanut Butter Pumpkin Mug Cakes!" 😎👌 The children loved this and it tasted just like a delicious brownie! 🥜🍫🎃🍰 #mugcake #pumpkin #fallrecipes
