Put the tattashe, attarugu and onion in a pot and fry with the vegetable oil.

Add the spices as well as the chopped vegetables stir fry them.add the maggi as well

Pour the couscous and continue to stir it. When all the vegetables is evenly distributed in the couscous add a little water, cover the pot and reduce the heat.

After 5 minutes the couscous will ready to eat.
