Ingredients

  1. 700 gTilapia, Clean, scrape off scales the Tilapia and cut
  2. 15Dry chilies
  3. 1 tbsp coriander root
  4. 2 garlic cloves
  5. 2 tbsps onion
  6. 2 tbsps lemongrass
  7. 1 tsp salt
  8. 1 tbsp turmeric
  9. 3-4 fresh makrut thai lime leaves, sliced
  10. 5-6 Chilies
  11. 2 tbsps Coriander

Steps

  1. 1

    Pound garlic cloves, onion, chilli, turmeric, salt, lemongrass and coriander root till well done.(can use a blender). Then put the paste and fresh makrut thai lime leaves spices the Tilapia.

    Steam it till cook sprinkle chilies and coriander. Serve with hot steamed rice😋😋😋
