  2. 1medium potato with skin
  3. 2 tablespoonsolive oil
  4. 2 teaspoonspaprika
  5. 1 teaspoonoregano
  6. 1/8 teaspooncayenne pepper
  7. salt and pepper to taste

    Prepare the ingredients. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Cut the potatoes into bite-sized cubes. On a plate, mix half of the oil with half of the spices: paprika, oregano, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper, and coat the potatoes with this mixture.

    Place on the air fryer rack and bake for 10 minutes, stir, and bake for another 5 minutes. Meanwhile, mix the remaining oil and spices and rub onto the salmon. Make space on the rack to place the salmon. Bake together with the potatoes for 8 to 10 minutes, depending on how tender you want it.
