Done in 10 minutes! Chocolate-Cocoa Cookies

I made my favorite kind of cookies, and they were delicious!!!
The cookies spread out a bit when baked, so line them up on the baking sheet with some room between them. If you chill the dough for a bit in a freezer, it will be easier to slice.
You can use the dough to make cut-out cookies too. Recipe by pocky25

Soften the butter and add the sugar to it. Cream well until it's pale and fluffy.
- 2
Add the beaten egg in several batches while mixing well.
- 3
Add the cake flour, cocoa and chocolate chips and form into a dough. Wrap the dough in kitchen parchment paper, etc., form its shape, and rest in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
- 4
Slice about 5mm thick. Bake in a preheated 170°C oven for about 20 minutes.
- 5
Here, I added sliced almonds instead of chocolate chips.

Chocolate Chip Cocoa Cookies Chocolate Chip Cocoa Cookies
These soft-textured American-style chocolate cookies are very easy to make. I wanted to avoid making them as sweet as store-bought ones, so I created a reduced-sugar version. Paired with rich chocolate chips, they are very soft and delicious, making you want to have one after another!Tips1. If you're not used to mixing with a spatula, you can use your hands to form a uniform dough after adding the chocolate chips. Be gentle and avoid over-mixing to prevent the dough from becoming tough, which can affect the cookie texture.2. Each cookie weighs about 25 grams, and this recipe makes approximately 16-17 cookies. 胖仙女Translated from Cookpad Taiwan -
