Make Easy, Crispy, and Flaky Cookies in 10 Minutes In a Plastic Bag

Since the cookies made with just cake flour turned out hard, I tried with some katakuriko.

If the dough is hard to handle at Step 6, add a little milk, then it will be easier to put together and to slice.
Check out the cocoa version also.. For about the amount of cookies shown in the photo. Recipe by Ruumama

Place a plastic bag on a scale, and add all the ingredients except the vegetable oil as you weigh them.

  2. 2

Shake the bag to combine the ingredients.

  3. 3

Place the plastic bag on the scale again and add the vegetable oil as you weigh.

  4. 4

Knead the dough over the bag to bring it together.

  5. 5

Once the dough comes together, roll it into a stick.

  6. 6

Cut out the bag and slice the dough into 5 mm thick with a knife.

  7. 7

Bake for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 180℃.

  8. 8

The fresh cookies out of the oven are very soft and fall apart easily. Let them rest as they are until they are cool.
