1egg - already beaten
30 gsmoked cheese I used scamorza - chopped

Heat oil in a pan. Cook bacon to your liking. Remove and set a side

Using same pan, add the beaten egg and cheese. Cook for 1-2 mins then flip over. Cook for another min or so.

Put omelette on the bread, add the bacon on top and cover with second slice of bread. Slice and enjoy
