Wash and peel potatoes. And make a thin chips with the help of slicer. Keep in a water bowl for 5-10min.

Meanwhile sieve besan in a bowl. Mix rice flour. Add salt chilli flax turmeric powder asofoetida carom seeds and chopped coriander. Mix it well.
Now add water and beat it well with menual beater for 4-5min.(batter should not be runny or not very thick) - 3
Now spread all potato chips on a kitchen napkin. To dry.
Meanwhile keep frying pan on a gas. - 4
Now coat all chips with batter. And fry.
Tasty Aloo Bhajia is ready to serve. Serve hot with tamrind Jeggary chutney and onion slice.
