Easy Fried Potato Skins

I originally thought for most of my life Potato Skin is inedible on it's own but I was proven wrong since, I think it can work as a side with meat on top of it.

It's only a Side Dish, not an entree perfect for using the skin from Potatoes you peel for Mashed Potatoes, Shepherd's Pie, or any kind of thing that comes with Skinless Potatoes that you don't originally eat. Plus they are also healthy to eat so that's a plus.

Steps

5 Minutes
  1. 1

Use the skins that you peeled from Potatoes for what it is, and melt some butter in a large frying pan. (Not a Cast Iron Skillet that would burn them.)

  2. 2

Cook them for 5 minutes, and season with Salt, and Pepper to draw out some moisture, and mix occasionally to prevent sticking.

Halfway add the Garlic Powder, and Pepper Flakes. Taste for seasoning, and add more butter if needed.

  3. 3

When finished place them in a bowl, and add the Worcestershire Sauce mixing it. (Adding it during cooking will draw some smoke.)

Garnish with the Dill, and place your choice of meat to serve with it on top.
