Add Butter on Pan. Let it melt. Now add ginger and onion. Fry it till pink.

Now add Fresh spinach,salt fry until they become soft.

Cover and let it cool.

Now make a smooth paste in mixie. Now again pour it into the pan. let it boil. Add milk. let it boil. Now add 1/2 tsp cornflour mix in water. Let the soup boil and little thick. Now add black pepper and serve hot.Spinch soup is ready.
