1 cupchana dal
2 cupsspinach
as per taste Salt
2green chillies
as required Water
1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
as required Oil for Frying

Soak chana dal for at least 6 hours or overnight is best. Add 2-3 tablespoon water if required.
Add spinach, salt and mix properly

Heat oil and pour in bhajiyas using your fingers or a spoon.
Fry from all the sides till golden and crispy.

Enjoy with some ketchup or mint chutney.
