Put all the ingredients with water in a pan n let it cook on medium flame.remove the scum after first 2 boils n let it cook on low flame till everything becomes soft n stock reduces...you can add up more water to refill.

Strain the stock,remove the chicken from bones n add to it along with carrot n cabbage.pit on medium flame n let cook.add all spices n thicken the soup by corn flour dissolved in water.

Beat the eggs n add to the soup let it rest in the soup for 2 minutes without stirring.

Stir slightly n add the chopped green part of spring onion and serve hot.
