Ingredients

20-25 minutes
3-4 servings
  • 250 gmpaneer cut into small cubes
  • 1 tbspcurd
  • 1 tspred Chilli powder
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspginger garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • For coating
  • 3 tbspwhole wheat flour
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1 cupcornflakes
  • Oil for frying

20-25 minutes
  1. 1

    In a mixing bowl take curd, red Chilli powder, turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste and salt mix well. Take paneer pieces.coated well with marination.keep aside

    In another bowl take wheat flour,add black pepper powder and salt.gradually add water and make a semi thick paste. Take cornflakes and crushed them with fingers.

    Take paneer pieces dip in flour paste coated well.then coat with crushed cornflakes.prepare all paneer pops.keep in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to set well

    Heat oil in kadhai. Deep fry these paneer pops into hot oil on medium to high flame untill they turn golden and crisp.transfer 8n a plate.fry all then Serve with ketchup and mayo dip.
