Parathas can be of many types. Stuffed parathas can also be made by stuffing cheese, vegetables, noodles, potatoes, cabbage and many more. There are also many different kinds of parathas to serve in the children's tiffin box. Today I have made mixed veg paratha using vegetables. We can add vegetables as per our choice. Surat's mixed veg paratha is very famous, so let's see how this paratha is made.

There are also many different kinds of parathas to serve in the children's tiffin box. Today I have made mixed veg paratha using vegetables. We can add vegetables as per our choice. Surat's mixed veg paratha is very famous, so let's see how this paratha is made.

In a large bowl, take the wheat flour, add oil and salt to taste and mix it with water to make a fine flour-like bread. Cover the flour and set it aside for 10 minutes.

In a bowl add chopped cabbage, chopped carrots and finely chopped capsicum.

Add crushed beets, crushed ginger, finely chopped coriander and finely chopped green chillies.

Then add ajmo, roasted cumin and chaat masala.

Add red chilly powder, coriander and salt to taste.

Now add grated cheese and mix everything well so that the paratha stuffing is ready.

It is to be prepared by weaving two loaves like bread from the prepared flour of Paratha. In which the prepared stuffing is to be spread on one bed and another prepared moment is to be put on it.

The two moments are to be glued together by pressing the finger on the core of the paratha with the finger.

Heat iron on gas, apply oil on it and fry both sides of paratha.

Cut the fried paratha in this way and add cheese to it. So that the mixed wedge cheesy paratha will be ready.

Mix Veg Cheesy Paratha can be served in lunch box.
