Clean the squids and cut into round 1/2" thick pieces keep aside

Now add turmeric powder,chilli powder salt and ginger garlic paste to the squids and mix it well,keep aside for 10 minutes

In 3 separate containers take bread crumbs,eggs and maida

Deep the squids one by one in maida

After maida deep the squids in egg and then in bread crumbs

Freez it for ten minutes

Deep fry

Remove in a bowl and keep aside

In a saucepan put 1tablespoon butter and 2 tablespoon Schezwan sauce

Mix it well for 1 minute on medium flame

Pour this mixture on the squids

Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot
