Make paste with the vanilla checkers custard not too thick

In a pot of hot water add mint leaf, cloves, ginger, black pepper and allow to boil for 4mins

Pour the mixture water over the paste and keep stirring until smooth

Sieve and add sugar as desired plus peak milk
