Ingredients

35 minutes
5-6 servings
  • 5-6equal size potatoes
  • Bechamel Sauce
  • 2 tbsp salted butter
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp white pepper powder
  • as per taste Salt
  • 3 cupmilk
  • as required Some red chilli flakes
  • as neededMixed herbs mozzarella cheese
  • as required Some chopped coriander leaves (optional)

Steps

35 minutes
  1. 1

    Peel the potatoes. Wash it properly and slice it thin. Grease the baking pan with butter and arrange potatoes slice in it.

    Take a another pan. Add butter and all-purpose flour. Cook it on low flame till it leaves raw smell. Add white pepper powder and salt.

    Pour milk and continue to cook till it is slightly thick.

  4. 4

    Pour Bechamel Sauce on the sliced potatoes. Sprinkle with some red chilli flakes and mixed herbs. Top up with mozzarella cheese. Bake it in preheated oven on 180° for 35 minutes. Serve hot
