People prefer to dine in a hotel or restaurant for a taste of something different in their daily routine. What if there is something different and healthier to eat at home? Today, I have made three color parathas, i.e. tricolor parathas, by making natural color from winter vegetables. In which spinach, beet and ginger-chili are used. As well as being beautiful in appearance, this paratha also becomes savory in taste.

Today, I have made three color parathas, i.e. tricolor parathas, by making natural color from winter vegetables. In which spinach, beet and ginger-chili are used. As well as being beautiful in appearance, this paratha also becomes savory in taste.

First make a puree by adding spinach, green chillies and ginger in a mixer jar. Now, in a bowl add 1 cup wheat flour, prepared puree, 1/2 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp oil, mix well and make hard dough.

Then, In a mixer jar, add beet, red chilly powder and garam masala and make puree. Now, in a bowl add 1 cup wheat flour, prepared puree, 1/2 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp oil, mix well and make hard dough.

Now, in another bowl add 1 cup wheat flour, 1/2 tbsp turmeric, 1/2 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp oil and 1/4 cup water, mix well and make hard dough.

Now, cover all three dough and leave it for 10 minutes. Then make an equal loaf of all three flours to make the layers and weave according to the size of the paratha.

Now, first oil the green layer and arrange the yellow layer on it, then apply the oil on the yellow layer and arrange the red layer on it and roll it by applying oil on it.

Then, cut the roll evenly with a knife, weave it again paratha size. Now, heat the pan and fry in oil on both sides.

So, Tricolor Paratha is ready. Here I have served it with Sev Sabji and Curd Raita.
