Ingredients

  1. 2 kgchicken
  2. 2 kgtomatoes
  3. 3-4onions
  4. 4-5green chilies
  5. 1whole bulb of garlic
  6. 2 inchGinger
  7. 1 cupYogurt
  8. Salt as required
  9. 2 teaspoonsBlack pepper
  10. 1 teaspoonwhite pepper
  11. Half teaspoon turmeric powder
  12. 1 teaspooncumin powder
  13. 1 teaspooncoriander powder
  14. Green coriander leaves
  15. Julienne cut green chilies
  16. Julienne cut ginger
  17. 1 teaspoonmixed spices powder
  18. Oil as required

Cooking Instructions

    Blanch onions green chilies ginger garlic and 2-3 tomatoes and blend well

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a wok add chicken and fry it on high flame until changes color

  3. 3

    As it changes color add yogurt and blended mixture and mix and cook well add spices and mix it well

  4. 4

    As oil separates add half cut remaining tomatoes and cover it as tomatoes lose its skin peel it off

  5. 5

    Cook it as tomatoes disappears and cook it well oil separates

  6. 6

    Garnish with green chillies ginger and green coriander leaves serve it hot with chapati and mint chutney
