In a pan add some ghee & fry dry fruits. Keep it aside. Grate pumpkin,now in the same pan roast jeera & poppy seeds.

Now add pumpkin on it & aur roast it on mid flame. Stir occasionally & after 5 min add sugar. Sugar dissolve & pumpkin cooked.

When most of water evaporate,add 2 sachets 0f
milk powder. Mix it proper in pumpkin material. - 4
Add leftover ghee, color& cardamom powder in it. Roast it some more time,when halwa cooked it leave ghee.

Add dry fruits & cover it with lid for few minutes. Halwa is ready for serve.
