Yoghurt Pasta Salad
Steps

Take a pan, pour water to boil, add elbow macaroni and pinch of salt.

When almost cooked, add chopped carrot and green peas to blanch in boiling water.

Turn off gas, strain water and pour cold water on boiled pasta, strain it.

Take a bowl. Add yoghurt, stir well. Add pasta, carrot, green peas, onion, tomato, cucumber, salt, sugar, mustard split dal, chilli flakes, ginger, green chilli and coriander.

Combine well. K eep in fridge for some time..

Enjoy cool and refreshing yoghurt pasta salad..
