Ingredients

  • 350 gmspinach
  • 150 gmmung dal
  • 200 gmwheat flour
  • 25 gmsemolina
  • 2 tspcurd
  • 2green chilli
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  • 1/2 tspseasame Seed
  • 1 tspsugar
  • 2 tspoil
  • as per taste Salt

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Soak mung dal for 3,4 hours.Then grind it with green chili.

  2. 2

    Wash spinach n grind it also

  3. 3

    Now add all flours n spices all together n make a dough

  4. 4

    Make puries from this dough deep fry them.

  5. 5

    Serve hot with aloo ki sabji
