This is our favorite breakfast dish, focusing on protein. It's easy and quick to make. It's also great packed in a lunchbox to enjoy with bread. 😊

Heat a pan and add olive oil. Add chopped garlic followed by tomatoes. Sauté until slightly cooked. Season with salt and black pepper. Push the tomatoes to the side of the pan, crack the eggs, let them cook slightly, then stir everything together.

Add the tuna and stir to combine.

Serve and enjoy!
