Fish Cutlet with Potato Chips

Delicious fish cutlets which is a very nice starter and can be prepared quickly with fish and potato.
Serve this delicious cutlets with green Chutney.

Delicious fish cutlets which is a very nice starter and can be prepared quickly with fish and potato.

Marinade fish with salt + turmeric + cumin powder + coriander powder + red chilli powder and marinade for 15 - 20 minutes and then shallow fry 50 % - 60%.

Remove bones very gently from fish and keep aside. Don’t mash it fully, keep it bit chunky.

Mashed potatoes and assemble all ingredients.

Mix all gently and give shape of cutlets.

Coat each cutlets in bread crumbs and keep aside.

In moderately heated pan add oil, shallow fry cutlets under low to medium flame till golden brown, flip other side and fry till golden brown.

Cutlets are ready.

Serve with green Chutney and enjoy.
