  • 1/2 cupbeet juice
  • 1/3spn cardamom powder
  • Little spoon cinnamon powder
  • 2 cupmilk
  • Rose syrup
  • 1spn sugar
  • Ice

    Firstly boil 1/2 cup beetroot. after boiling now strain the beetroot water then add one spoon sugar in it now keep aside.

  2. 2

    Now take a pan and add 2 cups of milk in it then add a lil bit of cinnamon (dalchini) powder & cardamom (elaichi) crushed or powder. then let it boil.

  3. 3

    Turn off the gas and cool down the milk at room temperature

  4. 4

    Now the final step yummm
    Take 2 glasses add 1 or 2 spns of rose syrup. Then add ice, now pour the milk into glasses and finally the beetroot juice

  5. 5

    So there's another way of this recipe.. if you dont want to use beetroot juice then you can use the beetroot paste..

    Take the boiled beetroot pieces add sugar in it then make a paste.
    Method 2 : Now pour the rose syrup then some ice then add 2 spns of beetroot paste then lastly add the milk

    Pro tip : if you want to flavor it up more then add a scoop of ice cream and some crushed badam

    2tip : want to skip ice cream then you can add some badam powder in milk..... for extra flavor
