Mix flour, baking soda, ghee, salt & sugar. Mix it very well.Then add ajwain & water. Knead it for 5 to 8 minutes. Make soft dough.

Then take small portion from it & roll it like roti. Then sprinkle kalonji on it & roll it. Cut small squre pieces from it.

Heat oil in kadai & fry it till golden brown. Crispy Nimki is ready to be serve. If You want, you store it for 7 days in air tight container.
