Soak rice for few hours.

Boil rice.

Chop all the vegetables.

Heat oil in a pan.

Add in ginger garlic and saute for a minute.

Add in chicken and fry till it changes colour.

Add in peas and salt.

Cook covered for 5 minutes.

Add in all the vegetables and spices.

Stir them well.

Add in yoghurt and mix well.

Mix together vinegar,lemon and all the sauces.

Preheat oven at 180 C.

Spread half rice in a pan.

Add in chicken masala,sauces,tomato,mint and black pepper.

Cover with remaining rice.

Cover pan with foil.

Bake for 10-15 minutes.
