Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

In a big bowl mash the boil potatoes then add the leftover spinach Peas and potato sabzi to it and again mix it. Make a smooth mixture out of it. Then add all the spices and onion, garlic, ginger, green chillies to it. Jnspite of finely chopping them you can crush them in a chopper and this will give a good taste to the Cutlets.

  2. 2

Add the chopped coriander leaves to it along with cornflour or gram flour and mix all of them very well. The consistency of the paste is as such that you can make Cutlets out of it and if it's difficult to make Cutlets then add more cornflour to it. Keep the mix in the refrigerator for 30 minutes then start making Cutlets out of the. Simply take a lemon size mixture roll it between your palms and flatten it just like the patties.

  3. 3

Once all the Cutlets are made then heat up oil in a pan and shallow fry these Cutlets on medium high flame as everything is cooked we just have to give a good colour to it. Once get cooked from one side then flip it over and cook it on the other side. Once done from both the sides take it out in an absorbent paper and like so shallow fry all the Cutlets.

  4. 4

While serving add some beaten yoghurt on top of it then some green chutney and tomato sauce or tamarind chutney and serve hot or you can serve the way you like. Have it in breakfast or at snack time with a cup of tea and you will love this.
Make it and enjoy it with your loved ones.
