  • as required Oil for frying
  • 1 /4 tspSalt to taste garam masala
  • 1 tbsp Fresh coriander
  • 1/4 tspAmchur powder
  • 1/4tsp Chat masala
  • as per needkadi patta
  • 250 gBesan for better
  • 4-6Pav
  • As RequiredLahsuni red chutney dry
  • 12 Red dry mirchi
  • 12 sukha lahsun
  • as per taste Salt

    Boil potatoes in presure cooker for 3whitshle cool it n mesh it now add green masala salt coriander leaves salt chat masala garam masala amchur powder n mix veriwell in anthor side hit the oil on gas stove make better from besan in a bowl add besan salt n make thick better add 1tbs hot oil n baking soda pinch

    Make balls from potato mixture n put in better cover with better n put it in hot oil n fry to make brown n cruspy keep it aside now take bread cut into middle apply green chatny red lahs

    Red lahsuni chatny put on tawa n fry with butter one side put vada in upper side cover it serve with green n red chatny
