Baked paneer pakoda

Cut paneer into cubes. In a bowl add olive oil and red chili powder. Mix well.

Add salt, pepper powder, curd, cream, coriander leaves, chat masala, and cumin powder. Mix well. Add paneer pieces and mix.

Coat paneer with cornflakes powder. Preheat oven. Bake at 180°© for 25 minutes. Serve hot with lemon tea.
