During fasting we should keep hydrate our body . Fruits have good content of water in it . This salad is so refreshing & healthy too .
Steps

First, wash & cut all fruits. Any fruit can be used of your choice. I used watermelon & muskmelon balls in it.

For dressing grated lemon zest in a bowl. Add 2 tsp lemon juice & 1 tsp powdered sugar to it. Now add grated ginger, crushed peppercorns, sendha namak & crushed mint leaves to it. Add this dressing to fruits & mix gently.

Fir watermelon basket cut watermelon half horizontally. Scoop it with the help of a scooper. Fill it with fruit salad. Enjoy this refreshing & energetic salad during fasting.
