  2. 14asparagus spears

  1. 1

    Steam the asparagus for 5 minutes after peeling the stalks.

  2. 2

    Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté the asparagus.

  3. 3

    Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and some grated Parmesan cheese, then pour them into the skillet with the asparagus.
