  • 750 mlSugar
  • 1 mlSalt
  • 250 mlAlmond Milk
  • 250 mlShredded Coconut
  • 5 mlVanilla Essence

  1. 1

    Heat the Sugar, Salt and Almond Milk in a pot over medium heat.

    Mix in the Coconut and boil for 10 to 20 minutes until it thickens up.

    Take of the heat and mix in the Vanilla Essence.

    Pour the fudge in a prepared baking sheet and let cool completely before cutting into blocks.
