1tblspn butter
1crushed garlic clove
2tblspn maida
2 cupmilk
2tblspn cream
Halfcup cheese
1tspn salt
1tspn black pepper
1tspn white pepper
1/2 tsporegano

Heat the butter in pan. Fry crushed garlic.Add maida and fry at very low heat.

When a good smells come out add milk.

Now add spices. Mix it and add cream and cheez and again mix it.

Consistency is norma nor thick.Because when it cools it becime thick. Yummy and creamy sauce is ready.
