For stuffing -
Take pan add oil once heat add cumin seeds green chilli chopped onion saute add ginger garlic paste saute add minced chicken (clean n wash) - 2
Roast until colour change add all dry spices add salt cook for few min. add garam masala powder fresh green coriander leaves chopped cook until chicken done

Switch off flame when chicken gets cooked add lemon extract jucie all over stuffing mix well keep aside.

Making Dough-
Take mixing bowl add all-purpose flour add salt add hot oil crumbled add little by little water and knhed into soft pliable dough cover rest for 20min. - 5
Divide dough into equall small portions balls roll out poori size sheet. Heat tawa add sheets roast half done. Take each apptizer spread maida paste all around in middle spread stuffing

Gives a cone shape seal with maida paste. Add oil in wok once heat deep frying all samosas.

Serve hot / warm with sauce chutnyes
