Paripu (Tuvar dal) Vada

This is another delicious evening snack from southern part of India. We soak tuvar dal or red gram in water for 2 to 3 hrs. Then grind it with chillies, ginger, saunf and cumin seeds. We should grind bit coarsely. We can add onions too. Today as it is festival I didn't add onions and garlic.
Perfect evening snack and rich in proteins.. Ideal during Ramadan time.
